Service:New client: Rolfing® session add another, change

Sessions typically last 60-75 minutes; for the first session please plan for 75 minutes.  Session time includes:

  • reviewing your goals and answering any questions you might have,
  • assessing your structure in standing, in movement, and sitting, 
  • doing hands-on bodywork, and 
  • exploring possible movement to further integrate changes from our session and reviewing possible homework.

NOTE:
My schedule tends to book up weeks to months in advance, so I recommend booking a few sessions sessions in advance to ensure you get the dates/times that work best for your schedule.
